


This recipe has never failed me when making boiled eggs. Each egg peels perfectly without any gauges, tears or, worse , loud cussing and egg tossing. I want to thank Ken from All Recipes for saving us all from endless frustration.
2 cups water
1/4 cup white vinegar
Pinch of salt
6 eggs
Bring water, vinegar and salt to a boil. Carefully add eggs and gently boil for 14 minutes. Drain eggs from water and add into a bath of ice and some water and let sit for 15 minutes. Drain from water again and use as desired.
