Fajita Marinade
This is Stephanie Cerminars recipes for Fajita Marinade, that is pictured right in front of her! Isn’t that clever of her to arrange the food this way. Now, we have to fight her for some of the meat to make the best Fajita’s here in Texas! Those might be fightin words to some real Texans but if yours are better…bring’um on!
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1 cup Soy Sauce
2 cups water
Splash of teriyaki sauce
Steak of your choice**
Mix all ingredients together. Add steak and marinate overnight for best flavor.
Let steak come to room temperature and then grill until desired doneness, usually 5-7 minutes per side.
**I use sirloin steak but if you choose to use skirt steak pick one that is already tenderized. The picture shows both sirloin and tenderized skirt steak.
