I swear on a stack of Bibles that this is, without a doubt, the best guacamole that I’ve ever tasted. I’ve never seen Steph carry any of it back home when she’s brought it over. I mean…it disappears…almost like magic. Wait…it is magic. Try it!

4 avocados
¼ cup diced onion, yellow or red
1 tsp. minced garlic **
1 to 2 Tbsp. Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
Juice of half a lime
Mash avocados in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Bits & Pieces: If you don’t like the strong flavor of fresh garlic you can substitute garlic powder or garlic salt if you prefer a saltier flavor. I would suggest adding 1 tablespoon at a time of the Creole seasoning. It has a spicy flavor. Let the dip sit for a few minutes for the flavors to combine and then taste before adding more.
